Regardless of what people feel, it’s a fucking invitational event that SE created to give back to KH content creators to spread hype for the game. One jerk just had to leak it all and because the KH fans are so starved for content they will jump all over anything when they get the chance to, it’s easy bait sadly.

Sometimes gay is used as an umbrella term since it's shorter and easier to say than LGBT+
As someone in the community myself, I am completely aware, my friend, but this is more directed at the fans of the show that want to vehemently reject everyone else’s interpretations of the characters. For example, the fans that will argue and flat out reject bisexual Victor or asexual Yuuri by saying other people are wrong. Personally, I’ve seen major fall out of such people that like to say that saying that the main characters are anything other than gay is homophobic and erasing representation for that specific community.
I mean this all in good faith, of course, but it’s just a gentle prodding reminder that people’s headcanons aren’t going to hurt anybody, and that Victor and Yuuri aren’t explicitly homosexual, and that as long as people aren’t calling them straight in any sense of sexual or romantic identity, then we shouldn’t fight about it.
