if u want 2 start a fully pacifist run u could always try deleting the save files!! tho since u probs dont have one yet ud need 2 save first. then u delete, then u can play the game normally!! idk this has never happened 2 me, but locating the files is quite easy. all u have 2 do is search up undertale on ur computers archive explorer n the save files should pop up in the search. deleting them is the key!
