His voice sounds like it's coming from everywhere, the urge to rip into this bastard itches at his code.

[Corbin sighed in agitation as he noticed yet another minor glitching in his computer… but the voice made him believe this wasn’t as harmless as the last.]

[Quickly standing from the computer and backing away, he grumbled lowly and looked around for the source of the voice while attempting to keep his composure.]

“I don’t know who you are, but I suggest you show yourself before I send Flare after you, as well…”

[The doctor said loudly, with an unmistakable unease in his words and body language.]

[But a smile slowly made its way onto his face as something clicked in his lost mind.]

“Unless… you must be a friend of Sirius’ if you’re here… you’re too late. In a few hours, he’ll have hurt the ones you care about! And nobody will be able to love him after that. Nobody but me!!”

[Corbin stares at the screen, eyes wide as the computer freezes. Glancing to the laptop beside it to see it’s in the same position.]

[He stared speechless as the voice grated on his ears before he growled and gave a swift punch to the computer screen, not causing enough damage to destroy it, but just enough to crack the screen of the old thing.]

Damned. Machines.

[Corbin snapped, unplugging the laptop from its outlet on the wall, shutting it off as the message finally stopped looping. The computers speakers broken from his hit to it.]

[Huffing softly for a moment, Corbin inhaled deeply before exhaling. A smile forming with wicked eyes.]

[He stared at the little figure, narrowing his mismatched eyes. Skin, not his own, wrinkling slightly with his furrowed brows.]

… you pests will regret EVER finding him. Ever loving him…

I’ll show you just how much of a danger he is to himself and his “family”.

[The doctor snarled, walking back to the broken computer and giving it a hard reboot. Once the message was cleared and the virus taken care of, he opened a few files, a few lines of awfully familiar coding…]

[Scanning through them, he stopped on one labeled “Sirius.Star.Override: Protection.” And double clicked it.]

Are you sure? Starting this action may override current active code and cause fatal harm to surrounding persons. Please clear the area before selecting “Yes”.

[Inside, was a letter. The writing is a beautiful calligraphy, looking like it was written with a quill. It was sharp but elegant in a way that felt… unsettling.]

“Dear family and friends of Sirius,”

[It began. The name, Sirius, being underlined harshly.]

“I’m so very happy to report that he has been safely brought home. I thank you for watching over him, he’d strayed too far from me for all these years! And it fills my beating heart with joy to reunite with him finally.

Please, there is no need to worry or even look for him. You’re not needed. You’re not wanted. However, the ones he was with the most, Static, and the bagged one. I would greatly appreciate if you would hand yourselves over when he comes by! I would like to speak to you two personally.

If you are not those two, do not bother. You are not his family, you are not his father. He doesn’t need you anymore. He never did. He was simply confused until now.

I will send him soon. In 4 days time.”

[Corbin snarled, harmed and ruined but still alive for now.]

That child doesn’t understand… he doesn’t understand what it means to be a father, I made sure… I made sure he would never need any father but me.

[Corbin scoffed. Smirking a bit..]

He has always attracted those around him with his body. Not that he knows it, but.. I don’t want them to hurt him.

[Corbin glanced at the watch on his wrist, inside of it, behind the hands, was a small picture of a gorgeous woman. Long, beige hair. Chocolate brown eyes with speckles of green in them. Freckles all over her face and shoulders. And a smile, so gentle and sweet. She looked.. oddly familiar to the blue bot.]

[Corbin hummed quietly, then smiled.]

[Corbin sighed heavily with a grumble.]

Indeed, I do… releasing him was supposed to attract that TV. Maybe the bagged one. But instead I got this new… yellow… machine.

[He rubbed his temples with an agitated brow, glaring at the screen that was now black… Sirius’ systems being fixed had cut his connection to any sight he had through him.]

But… since you seem to be something of an all-seeing being… why don’t you pass off this little message to those… “family members” of his. I know you speak with them too… tell them that they are running low on time. That I can easily find Sirius.

[Corbin leaned on a metal table, glaring dangerously at the blueprint of Sirius’. It looked different. It had more organic ingredients to it… more human than anything.]

Oh, who am I kidding, I’ll need him as well. Ahh.. such a lovely dimension this is! So many perfect specimens, so much research and possibilities to be discovered.

[Dr. Corbin watched the screen for a moment longer, watching the emotional reunion. Then standing from the chair and humming a small lullaby to himself, tapping on a crate in a nearby corner, shrouded in shadows, he spoke.]

Flare. Keep an eye on Sirius and his little family and fetch me one of them. I can only see so much through that weak eye of his, the new one doesn’t seem to connect to his main systems. I can’t get a signal to it. . . I want you to bring me the weaker one, first. Bring me the bagged one, you said he could manifest claws and showed signs of previously being taken apart.

[Flare slinked out from the shadows slowly, scowling at being woken from his nap by Corbin.]

We have something in common there. . . Eternal youth and being stitched back together, piece by piece. Maybe I can convince him to help me reign Sirius back in.
