deeeex… id like to ask for more lore please. of any of your ocs… any details or facts about them… im really interested and curious about them… if that’s ok…
Okay!!! My SCP OCs!!! Let's get started!!!! I actually have way more of them, but these are the ones I'm most invested in right now :b
Aaaaaaaaall the info is below!
1. Odds. Also known as Elizabeth "Odds" Krasnova, or Beth to those close to her.
My absolute favorite, which means she gets ALL the trauma. As you might have guessed, she's the protagonist of the Oddsverse. A VERY weak instance of SCP-2408-1, basically defective. She was born and raised in a cult. Her dad wanted to turn her into some kind of second-Karcist-Ion-and-also-Yaldabaoth-worshipping-god-knows-what-abomination, just so the other neo-sarkites would respect him. Didn't work out. Beth ended up being the family punching bag because, well, she was a loser.
Then the GOC showed up and killed everyone except Beth, who was later taken by the Foundation. As a kid in the Foundation, she was very distant from everyone. Since she had no anomalous abilities besides her appearance, she was intensely jealous of other anomalous children, because to the Foundation, they mattered more. They got more time and attention than she did, while she was neglected. Her number one rival became Iris (who mostly didn't care about Odds and thought she was weird).
When Odds grew up, the Foundation had no idea what to do with her. She had zero value, but they couldn't just amnesticize her and release her into the wild either. So they trained her in documentation and archival science and shipped her off to work with paperwork at Site-17. Now she lives not in a cell, but in a storage room, because there's no space left for regular staff. In short, she's a TOTAL failure.
Personality-wise, she's not much of a talker, likes being alone (but hates loneliness and suffers greatly because of it), grumpy, perpetually dissatisfied, hot-headed, nervous, and cowardly. She comes off as not the most pleasant person, but surprisingly, she can be highly empathetic and kind. As for interests, picture the most stereotypical anime, manga, and general weeb fan from the 2000s (the main events of the Oddsverse take place right in the 2000s), plus she likes IDM music.
At some point, she was assigned as an assistant to Dr. Kondraki. And pretty quickly fell in love with him. She saw that they had a lot in common, personality traits, opinions, but she sees him as the better version of her. She wishes she could be like him, yet for some reason, he doesn't make her jealous, unlike everyone else. Instead, she adores him, she literally idealizes him and doesn't see his flaws. She's obsessed with him to a degree that isn't exactly healthy. She suffers silently, keeping her feelings a secret, convinced that Kondraki would never even consider her as an option because she's a failure and ugly.
But one day, Kondraki told Odds that he already knew about her feelings.
What happened next? You can find out here (it's a slightly expanded version of what I wrote above). Some details in that post are subject to change, but nothing too critical to understanding Odds as a character, so no big deal.
There's less info on the characters from here, because I want to reveal them gradually, not all at once. Again, I have really big plans for my AU
2. DOG, or rather Deity of Gods.
That one super scary all-powerful world ender. A pataphysical THING. Can literally do anything, stronger than anything else within the bounds of my AU. The successful result of one ritual. Has caused multiple apocalypses and reset the universe many times over. Currently is an observer.
3. SCP-4231-C, or Birdie.
It is the result of a failed ritual by Lilly. Nevertheless, Lilly still decided to keep Birdie around, since it turned out to be useful (I won't say how, that's a spoiler). Birdie may look creepy, but it's actually harmless. Kind and silly. Immortal. Completely non-dangerous. She even serves as comic relief at some point. Francis didn't know about her existence, and Birdie doesn't know about Francis's existence either (nor about the girls Lilly kidnapped).
4. Dr. Jackie Ash. My take on SCP-963.
OK LET ME START BY SAYING I'm not forcing anyone to stop using Bright, and this is my personal choice to make a rewrite. After all, I'm making my own ALTERNATIVE UNIVERSE for SCP. I think in my own work, I have the right to do whatever I want as long as it doesn't hurt anyone.
Jackie is the daughter of a well-known and successful Foundation scientist who studied immortality. Due to his experiments, some of his children ended up being classified as SCPs. Jackie also became a Foundation scientist, and a pretty successful one until she was killed by SCP-076-2. That's when her father resurrected her using SCP-963.
At first, everyone, including Jackie, thought that 963 just extended lifespan and slowed down aging. But then Jackie died again in an accident. When she died the second time, she found herself sent back in time to the very moment she was resurrected by SCP-963. And something in her shifted. She killed herself again and discovered she kept returning to that same resurrection point.
It turned out that upon the death of whoever was resurrected by it, SCP-963 rewinds time back to the moment of resurrection. So Jackie Ash has lived through countless timelines. In some, she witnessed apocalypses. In others, she caused them herself. Still, thanks to Jackie, the Foundation achieved a lot.
In the current timeline, the Foundation doesn't know the true extent of SCP-963's abilities, they just think Jackie is a long-lifer. Of course, all of this has taken a toll on her mental health. At some point, her original personality just eroded away. What's left now is a mad scientist, a bit rude and very mysterious.
5. Lalka, aka Annie.
A tatar girl living in Russia. She has the ability to make herself "invisible" to those around her, both in real life and online. Basically, she exists, but she can make it so people just don't notice her at all. That's how she lives with her mother. A former member of Gamers Against Weed. Lalka wasn't a fan of their pacifist and, in her words, "soft" approach. Her ideas were pretty brutal compared to the others, which earned her a lot of criticism from other members. Lalka also bullied other GAW members on multiple occasions. Eventually, they stopped tolerating her behavior, and Lalka got kicked out of Gamers Against Weed.
In response, Lalka started her own online group for anomalous guys and named it The Church of Masyunya (Masyunya is a popular sticker pack from the Russian-speaking social network VKontakte that became a meme). The group is mostly geared toward Russian speakers. They're similar to GAW, but their methods of creating anomalies can be way more brutal. They're also into internet scamming. Basically, they're like an evil counterpart to GAW.
Right now, Lalka is busy trolling (driving crazy) a guy from the Foundation's Internal Security Department, whom she's got a crush on. Yes, I'm talking about Osobist.
