Her first, and subsequently last, look upon the world, was one bathed in the moon's light, after all. And though she cannot see it, the real moon's presence is stronger then.

The day is warm, and lit, yes–but the glow when the sun sets is what poets wait for.

That is something she can appreciate. Waiting.

From the moment of her birth, to her running away from the scions, to the time she spent with fatui, to leaving them as well, she had always been waiting.

Who would have known that doing so a little too long is how she would lose her precious doll?
