Another day at the office
It was chest today (with a little bit of shoulders mixed in). Yet again my gym was fucking rammed, i mean all of the dumbbells except those over 50 kg were being used. I got a double PR today which was nice, here's my workout...
Flat Dumbbell Press - 37.5 kg x 10, 42.5 kg x 10, 40 kg x 10, 40 kg x 10, 42.5 kg x 10
Lateral raises - 15 kg x 10, 4 sets
Front plate raises - 20 kg plate x 10, 3 sets
Pec dec flye - 210 lbs x 10, 230 lbs x 10, 250 lbs x 10Â (strict form with my back against hard against the pad)
The stuff in bold writing are PRs, i couldve easily gone for the 45 kg dumbbells, 42.5 kg felt easy until the last 3 reps of the last set, the pec flye was harder i could feel it right in the centre of my chest and the stretch at the outer pec, the last 2 reps took all i had. I know it was a short session and there wasnt any military press but it felt solid.
