urban plague level distortion, the golden rule! this is morrigan he’s some weirdo argalia picked up out of a wet cardboard box
he was the brother of the pianist and didn’t get to hear his brother’s music at all, just heard about the news and immediately knew it was him. they had lost contact in the years prior, so morrigan had a City Moment based on the fact that he didn’t keep an eye on his brother- his distortion manifested on the premise of “i will now watch everything”
argalia found him after hearing news of a strange distortion taking over the building of a large city tech company and recruited him to the ensemble. morrigan now works with the ensemble as an intel-based distortion, collecting info on new possible ensemble members or points of interest.
his distortion has the ability to broadcast distressing moments from a persons past on his screen! he can also plug his wires into any electrical interface and see through any screen or place with electricity, no camera required; because of this he knows a lot, obviously and he uses it to stun opponents with shocking info theres No Way He Could Know so he can get away from fights.
his ultimate goal in the ensemble isn’t argalia’s distorting everyone thing, but rather stealing the light for himself in a similar manner to angela and using it to revive the pianist, to get an encore he can hear and the city will enjoy. he doesn’t say this to argalia though because that would be revealing his plan
