Summary: Trenchcoat Guy takes another step closer, hands held out like he’s approaching a frightened animal. “Miles, I’m your friend. I’m—okay, look, everyone is worried about you. I don’t know what’s wrong, but just come with me, and we can figure this out—” What Miles says is: “There’s no way I’m going anywhere with you.” What he means is: Now I know for sure that you’re lying to me. I don’t have any friends. When Miles finds himself stuck in a world with no friends, no family, and no memories, the other Spider-people take it upon themselves to bring him home.
