I think out of the entire Order of the Scribble and their gates, Dorukan had to be the dumbest in defending his. OOTSverse is a genre-savvy world, so it stands reason to believe that adventurers going to dungeon is, like, common fucking knowledge? And we know adventurers kill stuff, take things, and fuck shit up? So what did Dorukan do?? HE PUT HIS GATE TO A WORLD-EATING ABOMINATION INSIDE OF A DUNGEON!!! Like come ON, he was literally ASKING to have his stuff tampered with! How can you possibly be so dumb?! And then of course his failure to idiot-proof the gate is another issue, but we're mainly focusing on the dungeon thing.
