I was thinking, does some troll quirks apply to names? Like sollux calling people by leters karkat=kk aradia=aa and so. And eridan saying the first 3 letters of a name karkat=kar, sollux=sol and so. Can that be considered part of a quirk or not?
It could be, sure! A quirk is just how they type/speak, so with those two examples I’d probably say yeah it could be considered part of the quirk, because they seem to do it with everyone (as far as I remember.)

Yup! And also possibly the “he can’t be killed” part, on account of Gamzee being basically unkillable because he’s a clown, I guess.
So, is it true that the fandom sometimes missrepresents some of the trollncharachters and relationships? Im saying this because I saw some post about like, tavros not being that shy, karkat talking really chill with eridan and stuff like that.
Yeah! This happens in every fandom, I would say. People get fanon mixed up with canon- it just happens!
As for the specific examples you gave- yeah, basically! Tavros is not someone I would call particularly “shy,” and he can actually be pretty rude. He just has some self-esteem problems, and is shown pretty often to second-guess himself and things like that.
He doesn’t, however, have much problem starting conversations or meeting new people- he’s even pretty bold when meeting the humans, even if he DOES block Dave after he raps at him about marriage and stuff.
And Karkat PRIOR to when Eridan killed Feferi and Kanaya and knocked out Sollux, was actually said to be pretty close to Eridan.
Feferi (and I think Kanaya as well) mentions that the two of them gossip with each other a lot. Or at least talk about stuff, I’m not sure it was actually confirmed if it’s “gossip” or not.
Karkat is basically friendly toward Eridan. Although he does speak up when Eridan says something he doesn’t agree with (not shocking considering it’s Karkat, but people also kind of change him to be a certain way he’s not?) The best example I can bring up is Eridan’s comment about “I was even rejected by the kitty cat shipper girl” or something along those lines, and Karkat responds, “I don’t know how you were expecting to make any sort of traction with her if you see her as the kitty cat shipper girl, she’s a person with feelings you raving douche”
Karkat is extremely hostile to Eridan AFTER what he does, which isn’t particularly surprising, but before that they were friends.
Basically, all of the characters have their fandom stereotypes that don’t actually make any sense in relation to what’s been presented in comic. And I think this is probably true with any form of story, especially one with a large fanbase.
