Hakuno couldn’t tell why, but something about that boy seemed...odd. Perhaps because he was someone she had never seen before? She was far from meeting everyone who showed up in the city so that couldn’t be it. Was it the way he was going forward determined, obsessive even about something? Maybe she was just seeing things.
Waking up to the boy, she lightly tapped his shoulder. “Excuse me, are you looking for something? You seem to be pacing around with ...a sense of conviction I suppose.” Perhaps it wasn’t wise to interrupt him, but she had made worse decisions she supposed.
