#dooooooomed

Now, I have a very specific goal: I want to be married by 30 at the latest (Or, more specifically, to be married to a woman who is 30 at the oldest, but since I’m not intending to go for creepily huge age differences, that doesn’t matter much.) And with specific parameters, such as “we are compatible for the long term and won’t break up for at least forty years”, “I can confide my passions in her”, and “she is willing to have at least two children with me”. 

And I am getting older. 

And I’m scarcely better at doing the whole reddit-approved numbers-game emotionless ask-lots-of-women-out-regardless-of-whether-you-like-them-yet thing than I was at the beginning of college four years ago. 

And I don’t know how to do the opposite, which I’d prefer. (i.e. asking few people, expecting fairly high probability of them saying yes to at least a date.) 

Stressful and demoralizing, meet awful and terrifying and you-are-doomed.
