I've been missing all this time because the quarantine isn't doing me any good.

I have had bouts of anxiety and insomnia, I am not eating well and I stopped doing many things that I liked, one of which is translation.

Here in Brazil they are not taking the pandemic seriously and we have a "government" and a pseudo-president who thinks everything is a great exaggeration and is nothing more than a simple flu and which, due to his athlete's history, is something silly.

In my state, we have been trying to quarantine for two months, but here we are already referring to almost 1,500 deaths per day, and even so, the population is not aware of the seriousness of the situation.

I'm tired, because having my daily routine interrupted so abruptly affected my psychological too much and this uncertainty only worsens my anxiety even more.

The federal government wants to kill us using a medication that has no proven effectiveness, and on the contrary, it also helps to make the person's health condition even worse.

I really can't stand this situation anymore, and even worse, is seeing people you love defending what that piece of crap says, making unbelievable excuses to justify your actions.

If things continue on the way they are, we will never have our lives back here in Brazil, and who will be the biggest victim of all will be the most needy population, who have neither the financial nor the structural conditions to remain isolated and safe, because they need to work for people who have these conditions, but, in most cases, they themselves infect this part of the population and end up taking the disease to their homes.

I have no more hopes for a better future for us Brazilians.
