Episode 1😈

Don’t you dare.

Summary: Donnie, being himself is inside of his workshop tinkering away. Leo, being himself has to bother him.

It was a peaceful day in the lair. Everyone was doing their own thing. Raph was working out, Mikey was painting and Donnie was working on the drill that he had created. No one was bothering anyone.

That was the problem.

Everyone was relaxed and content except for Leonardo. He was bored and he didn’t have anything to do so naturally, he wanted to bother someone.

Raph? Nah, not in the mood. Mikey? Nope! He’s too pure! Donnie. The perfect target. It didn’t take a lot to tick him off, especially when he was working on something.

So off to Donnie’s workshop Leo went. He eventually made it and tried to be really sneaky about it. He was tiptoeing, rolling on the floor, acting like he was in mission impossible.

Until he fumbled and made a crashing sound. He immediately scrambled to hide somewhere but it was unsuccessful, and he’d been spotted.

“What could you possibly want ‘Nardo?” Donnie asked, not taking his eyes off of his work.

“Nothinn’! What are you working on? Ooh this looks cool! Is this a new prototype?” Leo said in his smug voice. Looking around his room, putting his hands on anything he could see.

“You obviously want something if you’re so fascinated by my work. If you keep bothering me this’ll never get done.” Donnie responded with a little bit of attitude in his voice.

“There’s nothing to get all mean for! I’m just here to see my favorite brother!” Leo said in his most innocent voice. Slowly walking to the spiny soft shell turtle.

“Okay you definitely want something. What is it? And you better made it quick, I have a deadline.” Donnie said sternly, taking his eyes off of the drill and staring at Leo with narrowed eyes. Leo was practically leaning on his shoulder as this point. The anticipation killed him.

“Oh lighten up Don!” Leo had said with a poke to Donnie’s side. Donnie had stiffened ever so casually. And it would worked if he didn’t have a small smile on his face.

“Oh yeah… I forgot that you’re ticklish.” Leo said with a mischievous grin.

“Well, I think it time you get going.” Donnie said standing up, excoriating Leo to the exit. It had been a while since he was tickled, and his sensitivity was raised.

“Boop!” Leo said as he turned around and poked Donnie on his side once more. That caused Donnie to jump back and cover his giggles with his hand.

“Stohop now!” Donnie commanded, trying to sound intimidating. He was not up for it today and really wanted to focus on his project. He didn’t have time for child-like games.

“No way Mr. Science! You brought this upon yourself! Boop! Boop!” Leo stated, not ceasing his tickle assault. He had poked both sides simultaneously twice and that was what started Donnie to laugh.

“Thihihis isn’t fuhuhnny!!” Donnie said, attempting to protect his sides with his hands. His knees began to give out and he slouched to the ground, curling up in a ball.

“Really? The why are you laughing so much huh?” Leo asked with fake question, full blown tickling him at this point.

“Behehehcause the hypothahalamus tehehells us tohoho!!” Donnie responded in the scientific explanation.

“The hypotha-whata? DonTon, you take things too literally.” Leo said with a shake to his head, breaking through the purple turtles ball and pinning his hands above his head. Suddenly Leo had a childhood memory.

“Donnie!! Remember that game we would play when we were kids!!!” Leo said in excitement. It took a little bit but it finally hit him.

There was a game they played personally where one would have to blow raspberries on each other and whoever broke first, lost. It was called “Balloons”. And Donnie ALWAYS lost.

“Nope. Doesn’t ring a bell whatsoever.” Donnie stated, adverting his eyes from the blue turtle and struggling to get break free. The faint blush on his cheeks gave his knowledge away, and Leo was well aware.

“Well, maybe this will jog your memory.” Leo said with a evil smirk. He had began taking in a deep breath, and Donnie’s eyes had gone wide.

“Don’t. You. Dare.” Donnie said with pure terror in his eyes.

“Oh I dare.” Leo responded and blew a huge raspberry on Donnie’s stomach.

“PFFT- IHIHIH’M GOHOHNNA KIHILL YOU LEHOHON!!!” Donnie screeched at the top of his lungs. It had alarmed the two brothers from downstairs but they didn’t budge. It was like a normal day. They just bothered each other till one of them cracked.

After a few more Donnie’s laugh had went silent and Leo stopped.

“Aw looks like you lost brother! Better luck next time!” Leo stated, getting up from the floor and patting Donnie’s head. All of a sudden he was swooped up by a couple of Donnie’s mechanical arms.

“Who said you were going anywhere? Oh you started this ‘Nardo. And I’m gonna end it.”

Let’s just say the rest of the day, all you could hear was laughter.

P.S: the deadline for the drill was WAY overdue
