Hi everyone.

I never wanted to have to do this, but I’ve run out of any other options.

Mom and I face losing our car and our apartment. A sudden influx in medical emergencies last month has left us nearly $500 short on bills for this month. We don’t even have the option right now of thinking on how to sae for her surgery, doing a load of laundry, getting gas so I can go to work, groceries-

We are barely scraping by right now. We’ve exhausted every possible resource we could think of to try to find more money- just enough to get through this month. If we can do it, we’ll be caught up again, with just enough leeway that I can start a rainy day fund again, one that hopefully will have enough handy for the next eventuality.

I’ve been fighting a breakdown for her sake, but I’ve never felt so hopeless.

I don’t know how to pay for her prescriptions. I have no idea how I’ll be able to afford to get to work. I have no idea how to afford to pay for her service animal’s food this month.

I can’t offer anything in reutrn- I’m no artist or singer, and I’m barely a decent writer. All I can offer right now is my eternal gratitude.

My friends, my followers, some of you my family- I’m sorry to be asking. I know most of you are also just barely scraping by.

As some of you know my wife's family is going through a tough time right now. My wife's grandfather passed away 2 weeks ago. Though we were blessed to know him for all these years, his passing has devastated everyone in her family and their community. He was a someone that touched everyone's life around him and he will be missed for ages.

Counting my step father last November, this is our second family member we've had to lay to rest in less than a year. So this year had been rough all around.
