Köpenick’s autonomous and non-commercial Youth - and Sports- Project is running a crowdfunding project. Especially since recently, bigger and richer neighbours have been eyeing their lot next to the river, and spaces like theirs are harder and harder to find in the borough with the most new construction projects per year in Berlin. If this checks out, it would be another anchor, another leg to stand on! Mellowpark deserves support! Also, the thank-yous are a lot more authentic Berlin gear than anything you can buy in Mitte’s souvenir shops. Give it a go!
