No cause like prompt where, instead of going to the past, the Hargreeves end up in the Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Don universe. They wander around for a bit until Five finds a smaller version of himself who is apparently younger than his current physical appearance and is named Nicky Harper. They get to the Harper house when Nicky finds Klaus (they're in their younger bodies) and immediately starts crushing in him. Klaus doesn't mind, he looks like Five and it's kind of hilarious. He's constantly following him and hanging on to every word he says.
