Ok this does not imply that the fans wanted a video. It looks like "Oh does he get to thank the emmys?" It is a simple question. It is a yes or no answer. Not for anon to be an asshole about it. Sometimes people get to do a video, sometimes they dont. There that is the real answer without the self appointed, "I know more than all of you" bullshit.
