#doll lovers

Just discovered this opened-but-rarely-if-ever-used croquet set and cannot for the life of me figure out who made it. I've searched to see if it is an American Girl product and can't find anything. I've also searched Magic Attic Club and Our Generation and haven't come up with anything. It may also just be a random something that was picked up somewhere. But the packaging makes me curious. Does anyone recognize this or have any info on how I could go about pricing it to sell on eBay? Thanks in advance! Needing to downsize and unfortunately that means finding new homes for all of the items from my American Girl Historic Characters, American Girl Today, and Magic Attic Club collections.
