HEYYOOO BABEEES! How’s your week going?! 🤗 •• I’m not going to lie - ever since Easter my diets been off. Left overs, not tracking, chocolate bunnies, etc goes on & on. It’s only a few days and I’m very much so one to be like EFF IT life happens. 🤷🏻♀️ A couple of bad days won’t ruin your progress same as a couple of good days won’t make all of your goals happen. ✨ But my body was totallyyyy feeling it. I was so tired, weak and dragggging yesterday. 🆘 So after a few days of being off of your program what do you do⁉️Eat lower carbs? Do extra cardio? NOOOPE. Back to my regular macros today, regular program, and move on from it. 🙃 There’s no need to punish yourself or your body.
