Just a short documentary I made discussing the impacts of social media, mainly Instagram and how these influencers or instagram models and this lifestyle as a whole can lead to negative impacts such as depression, anxiety or suicidal thoughts. As millennials we spend so much time on social media and this can lead us to burnout, feel depressed, less than and even suicidal. This documentary highlights that many individuals feel the same way as you do. It isn’t all glitz and glam and more and more people are using instagram and social media to combat body issues, issues regarding mental health and certain influencers are helping shaping the future where the Instagram and influencer world is let superficial.
