Egg poachers are a thing???
So, I just learned that there exists some kind of egg poaching device that is used in the poaching of eggs. A whole dohickey mcdoodle that's separate from the pan. ???
I've always made poached eggs by filling a pan with water, bringing it to a boil, and just dropping the eggs in. Scoop 'em out with a slotted spoon, pat dry, voila: poached egg.
But there's a thing you're supposed to use? How have I never known this @_@
