                she can’t sleep . no wonder – the sound of footsteps ripping her out of her dreaming state every few minutes . b e f o r e , she’d been terrified . but now ? it was nothing more but a  m a y b e . a possible threat . or just tricks played on her by her mind . yet the shuffling of feet gets closer && she’s AWAKE now . eyes wide – but not with fear –––– anticipation . jumping to her feet within seconds . CLAWED WEAPONS ready . it wasn’t any of her friends . pack . she knows that . as well as she knows calling out who’s there into the darkness wasn’t the smartest , yet she MOVES FORWARD with slow but steady steps .
