How to have healthy hair
Part 1: Use healthy washing and styling habits
1.Change your washing program. Do you wash your hair every day? This can really dry it because you are washing off the oil from your scalp to keep your hair shiny and healthy. Washing every day can also cause oily hair, because peeling off the oil on your hair causes your oil glands to go into overspeed. Instead, try this routine:
Wash only three to four times a week. Allowing your hair to rest between washes will restore balance. It may be a little greasy in the first week or so, but your hair will soon look healthier and more energetic.
Rinse your air conditioner with cold water. Hot water is very hard on your hair and can cause split ends and edging. Rinse your conditioner with cold water and seal the cuticle to create shiny, elastic hair.
2.Gently handle your hair. Think about your hair like your best silk dress. After hand washing, will you bounce it and wring it out? No, it will destroy its shape and fiber. Your hair is equally fragile and needs to be carefully maintained to stay healthy.
After washing your hair, pat dry with a towel instead of wringing dry. Let it finish air drying.
Use a comb instead of a brush. Forcing it through a tangled hair brush can cause it to tear and break. Gently wrap from the bottom to the top with a wide-toothed comb to prevent breakage.
3.Save heat modeling equipment. Remove your hair dryer, hair straightener, curler and hot roller unless you have a special occasion. Heating your hair can damage your hair, so it's best to let your hair dry.
If you sometimes want to use a hair dryer, use it in a cool environment.
When you use a heat setting device, be sure to add protective serum to your hair beforehand.
4. Use homemade treatments. Try a yolk and olive mask, rinse with vinegar, or put yogurt or sour cream on your lock.
5. Use egg oil contains Omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and cholesterol, just like a complete solution to hair problems such as hair loss, gray hair and curly hair.
Part 2: Use healthy products and avoid destructive treatment
1. Use natural hair care products. Commercial hair care products can be very effective, but they usually contain ingredients that dry the hair and make it look soft and dull. If you want to use products made with herbs, essential oils and creams that nourish your hair, you may notice the difference immediately.
Most shampoos are made with a powerful cleanser called sulphate, which removes natural oil from the hair and causes it to curl and wear. Use natural sulfate-free shampoo made with cleansing herbs and essential oils. Check the selection of a natural food store. Try not to use shampoo to reduce the amount of chemicals used.
A conditioner made from aloe vera, coconut oil, shea butter and other pure substances to replenish moisture and keep your hair fresh and healthy.
Do not use styling products that contain a lot of chemicals, and the names of these chemicals can be pronounced almost. You can make your own hairspray and hairspray instead of the one you bought at the store.
2. Try to avoid dyes and other permanent treatments. Chemicals in dyes, bleaches, Brazilian sprays, chemical straighteners and chemical hair curlers can cause significant damage if used frequently.
3. Give your hair oil treatment. To restore the shine and softness of your hair, apply oil to your roots, hands, especially several times a week. You can use oil instead of conditioner or after the hair has dried. Give yourself a deep conditioning treatment once every few weeks, do the following:
Try to massage your hair with olive oil or almond oil.
Cover hair with a shower cap or cling film.
Sit the oil on your hair for 2 hours or overnight.
Rinse with cold water until the water is smooth, then shampoo and normal conditions.
4. Make an aloe hair mask. This will help your hair look shiny; it also improves hair health. Use twice a week.
Grab the aloe leaves and peel off the outer layer to achieve a clear gel.
Apply aloe vera gel to your hair.
Leave 10 to 15 minutes.
Wash the aloe with water.
Part 3: Changing a healthy lifestyle
1. Eat nutrients and nourish your hair. A balanced diet, lots of protein, vitamin B, iron and omega-3 can help your hair stay healthy as much as possible.
Vitamin B keeps your hair thick and strong. Eat more fruits, vegetables and nuts to get enough vitamin B.
To get iron and protein eat beef, chicken, pork, fish and green leafy vegetables such as kale and spinach.
Eat salmon, walnuts and avocados. These are excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids that help your hair stay shiny and healthy.
You can supplement your diet with vitamins to make your hair stronger. Try prenatal vitamins, which contain ingredients that lead to a great mixture of hair, nails and skin.
2. Protect your hair from the elements. Just like protecting your skin from the sun, the wind and the cold climate, you also need to protect your hair. If you don't do this, it will dry out and become brittle over time.
When the sun is strong, put a hat or scarf on your hair to prevent it from frying.
In the winter, don't wet your hair outside. When your hair freezes, it becomes brittle and worn.
Protect your hair from chemicals and do not expose your hair to chlorine. It is better to wear a swimming cap when you go swimming.
3. Always trim your hair. Get your hair a trim every 6 weeks, or once your goal begins to split. Keeping your hair trimmed will ensure that the ends do not split very far. Your hair is unlikely to break through, it looks healthy and full of life.

What to do with her
No, it's not like you talk and she feels like hitting you. And no, she's not unhappy all day every day. But every once in a while, more often than not, she is. She feels pushed aside, she feels ignored, she feels taken for granted. Now you have to get your eye on that because she's not the type to settle, she's not the type to get pushed around, she won't stay somewhere just because she's there, she's going places. Treating her right goes beyond going where she wants for dinner, it's more than calling her "princess", it's way more than that. It's respecting her decisions and supporting her dreams and everything she might have to do to accomplish them. She needs her time, time to get things right with her self, time to be alone. Never doubt she loves you, she just also loves herself. She's strong, and you make her weak and that scares her so much you have no idea. She needs sometimes to remember how strong she is on her own sometimes. Don't lose her because she won't be something you can lose again. Care for her, look after her, make her feel acknowledge and cherished. Classic gentlemen things are allowed. She said she's cold: run for her coat; did she say she's thirsty? Then you didn't ask her if she wanted something to drink soon enough; open up the door; grab her hand in public. I could go on and on but I think you got it. Think of your relationship as something that needs to be taken care of, something that needs updating and constant reassurance. Don't ever take her for granted, she's the opposite from it.
