Good news and bad news!!!
The good news is, Natasha isn’t TECHNICALLY dead, since her soul was traded for the soul stone, and is now inside the stone, so Rio never took her.
The bad news is, Rio never took her, so now she’s trapped inside of the stone, in a pocket dimension, entirely alone for the rest of eternity, and since her soul was traded on Vormir its irreversible.
