also, i'm in a really weird depression (and also maybe physical illness? we're unsure) place where putting one foot in front of the other while walking down the street is such a daunting task that like, the vast majority of other usually-more-difficult-for-me-but-not-widely-considered-challenging tasks have just sort of hit a plateau of seemingly-impossible-but-no-more-so-than-walking and like, particularly since i'm also currently in possession of twitchiness and irritating nervous energy, i can't not walk...
