Seat Availability: We will do our best to secure your desired seat. If unavailable, we will attempt to secure an alternative seat or any remaining tickets.
Service Duration: Our service is available for two (2) hours, regardless of whether the performance is marked as sold out by the promoter.
No Bots: We do not use automated bots for ticket purchasing.
Ticket Sale Timing: The first 30 minutes of the ticket sale are crucial for securing the best seats. Please be patient if we are unable to provide real-time updates.
Refunds: If we fail to secure your ticket, a full refund will be issued, excluding the assistance fee for our time and service.
Refund Processing: Due to daily outgoing limits, refunds will be processed within 0-1 days after the ticket sale.
Ticket Claiming: We will not provide any authorization letters or identification for ticket claiming. You may claim your voucher / ticket as it is under your name.
