Re: ticket claiming, tickets are secured under your personal account (i.e., SM Ticket, etc.) / personal information (i.e., Ticketnet, etc.).

Payment Methods for Assistance Fees: We accept GCash, Maya, Wise, and PayPal.
Full Payment: Payment for full ticket purchases must be made through Maya only. No credit cards or personal cards will be accepted.
Ticket Pricing: Please wait for our direct message containing the total ticket price, including any additional charges.
Payment Timing: Full payment should be sent at least one day or 2 hours before the ticket sale starts.
Seat Availability: We will do our best to secure your desired seat. If unavailable, we will attempt to secure an alternative seat or any remaining tickets.
Service Duration: Our service is available for two (2) hours, regardless of whether the performance is marked as sold out by the promoter.
