Thoughts on DnD fiddleford?? Asked on discord and we're leaning towards Firbolg, but here's the alternatives:
Human for standard down-to-earth farmer background
Tiefling for the irony of the very friendly superstitious guy looking like a demon
Firbolg for the rural/nature-y vibes (suggested by @ramblesanddragons)
What do you guys think? I'd love some opinions
Becoming DM for my group has kinda made me want to pick up the old DnD project again...
(Old pics under the cut)
Fantasy RPG Stan to go with the Ford
I'm thinking rogue/barbarian, cause steals everything but is also definitely a brawler. Also, if he's the party's tank, that fits his role as the family's protector.
Soo, since @forduary's week 2 theme is Dungeons Dungeons And More Dungeons, I figured maybe it would be about time to revisit my old DnD design for Ford! I really do want to get back to that whole project, now that I'm thinking about it...

Hey! weird question, after you finish the DND project. can others play it? like you host it and go with the story? I think it would be really cool!
I'm going to post the finished project so anyone can play with it if they want to, but I'm not sure I'll host something myself. I'm not all that experienced as a DM, and I'm not sure if people would be interested. You can't exactly run a game without players unfortunately :/
If there is interest though, it might be kind of fun to try and run a one off campaign, and stream it or something? I think someone else might do better as s DM though.
What if lava lamp guy is tweaked to look like a lantern!
That could be a really cool idea, but it might be tweeking the design just a little too much... 🤔
Might be worth trying tho. Thanks for the suggestion!
Hey, can you draw Teeth and Lava Lamp Guy?
They're my favorite Henchmaniacs!
PD: I love your art!
Awww thank you!
I was planning on having Teeth be in the next set of Henchmaniac drawings already actually :) but I'm not 100% sure on Lava lamp because I'm not sure if I can make his design look 'fantasy mediaeval ish' enough. I guess I'll just have to see.
(Currently working on a few more pages of the Author Stan AU journal, but I'm hoping to continue with DDnD monsters after)
