This has been my theme this week. When I originally thought of mask off it was geared to towards appreciation of natural beauty. But often we wear a mask over our emotions. We smile when we want to cry with the belief that it’s a representation of strength. I’m very guilty of this. Let’s take our masks off and be our authentic self in every aspect.
