yeah, i totally get that. and like, logically, i knowĀ that iāve come really far and iām a lot better than i used to be, so i know i amĀ getting better, itās just hard to maintain perspective when i feel like i donāt have any proof of it, yāknow?Ā
iām also just like... generally impatient with my emotions. like okay, i was upset over this thing for an hour, can i be done now? and this is just that multiplied by 1000, so itās not really surprising lol. thanks though <3
