damn DJK really fucked up, i got he was a bit of an ego tripper to some degree but him doing all this shit is just as worst as AB.
which is why in all honestly the wiki should have just shelved Bright like they pretty much did with Iceberg when authorBerg (Iceberg7) got chased off for sexiest/misogynist behavior back in 2012, and locked all tales containing bright, make a disclaimer that the character should no longer be used on wiki and left for archival purposes while giving the community base the right to still use the character.
I thought it seemed like a bit of an ego trip too for sure. The more I hear about DJK the worse it gets honestly. There is so much other shit I could reblog of him just being an egotistical asshole.
Doing what they did with Iceberg would be a good idea. I thought I heard some stuff about Iceberg the author but it's so rarely spoken about so thank you for bringing that up. That's yet another thing this the community and wiki staff should talk more about but don't. The reason they aren't doing that with Bright is probably because he has become such a popular character that they want to continue benefiting from him. So of course DJK is exploiting this situation and the trauma of victims to gain more popularity. But people don't want to talk about that because DJK isn't as obviously creepy as AB was. I think the wiki staff is just hoping that because his allegations didn't get as noticed that he will just continue to get away with it. Plus I think DJK just wants what Admin Bright had which is terrifying to think about.
