hi everyone! (,,>﹏<,,)

long time no see!!! sorry for disappearing off the face of the earth....i sadly have been going through a creative rough patch these past few months, and i took a step back from writing to focus on my life, my friends, and my career!

i've received a few requests and some lovely messages; i promise i'll get around to all of them eventually! thank you for all the love and support on my fics, i'm eternally grateful. when i started writing love and deepspace fanfic, i was just posting into the void for my own enjoyment. i never expected to get any kind of traction, and i'm still in awe at all the lovely comments on my work.

but now, more importantly, some updates on my wips:

i've started re-working a plea to the stars, as i found the whole thing narratively stale in the end, and writing in the second person present tense felt a bit jarring after a while. eventually i decided that the story might be more suited to the third person past tense, so i'm working hard on editing it so i can finish something i can be proud of! updates to follow...and it's already at 25k words....

also, part 2 of hidden affection has been put back on my agenda! in the next little vignette, we'll see sylus having afternoon tea with his favourite seamstress and in the third and final part, of course, the asterville ball will take place....

finally, after zayne's new myth, i decided to try and write something a little different...it ended up being a bit raunchy (trust zayne to pull me out of the ditch with his insane third myth). i'm not sure if it's ready to see the light of day yet, it's not my usual style, but in order to break out of my strait jacket, i needed to change it up. it will be on my ao3 account if i do decide to post it, which can be found here!
