y'know at first I really didn't understand krisnix mainly bc Kristoph is not nearly developed enough for me to care about him as a character (tragically bc I think aa4 has so much potential and I do like the game/characters overall) B U T now I'm thinking about them as parallels to Langworth and it's activating my neurons I'm thinking about toxic yaoi like never before. I see Edgeworth and Lang as rebounds for each other, looking for a connection they rarely allow themselves to act upon while Phoenix is so burdened with his loneliness he will sleep with a man that hates him bc even an ounce of that frustration Kristoph expresses reminds him of Edgeworth OUGH I wish I wrote fanfic

any time I think too much about edgeworth I get way too sad like he had such a hard time making friends as a child and finally met Phoenix and Larry only to get ripped away from them after his father dies and lives under the roof of the man who murdered him like I actually have to stop thinking about it otherwise I’ll get emotional OTL
