Major oof. I dont see Conquest taking this well… like at all.
When the words escape your mouth, he goes silent, maybe he misunderstood? Breaking up? Breaking up what? What do you need him to break? When you explain you want to end the relationship you two have. His face goes from surprised to sadden.
He was always destined to be alone, he knew that since he was born. Since he received the name “Conquest”. He was born to conquer not love.
“I’m truly saddened that you have chosen this path..” He would say gently while touching your soft skin on your cheek. You are aware that he could destroy you right? Your body would be like tissue paper to him. He could kill you within less than a second yet you chose to be with him. He could destroy- to conquer your entire planet and yet you chose to break up with him. How brave, how bold. He truly admires that part about you. You never hid your feelings.
