Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup Nutella. 1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Oil for frying. Powdered sugar for dusting. Additional Nutella for filling optional.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add Nutella, milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350F 175C. Drop spoonfuls of the Nutella batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, turning occasionally. Remove donuts from the oil and drain on paper towels. If desired, fill a piping bag with Nutella and insert it into the center of each donut to add extra filling. Dust the Nutella donuts with powdered sugar before serving.
