usually how i make my dividers is ..
1. find a random divider or image on pinterest and use the website https://www.remove.bg/upload to make it transparent, or use ibis paint and use the bucket tool
2. once uploaded to ibis paint, adjust the divider to your liking! add a few pngs if u want too ..
note : if you want to make the pngs on the divider move,, make the png go in & out or side to side and save those adjustments, then go to the website https://ezgif.com/maker , and insert ur adjustments! the image below is how to use the website if youre unsure ..
then, save the gif once loaded. usually it’ll also give you an option to resize or crop it if it doesnt suit your standards.
(this part is also optional, if you want the starry effect.)
3. go to the ezgif website again and go to effects, then the option to overlay images. insert the starry image thing
press upload, then insert ur divider in and adjust it so it frames it perfectly, then press generate image at the bottom and dere u Go 🧁💝
