[Misty]

Misty was finally out of the hospital and needed a break from Nibs. She knew he was mad, and he was watching her every move to make sure she didn’t use her powers. She just needed a place where she wasn’t being watched. She was walking back to her tent when she ran into someone. “Oh I’m so sorry, I didn’t see you.” She said before seeing Dylan. “Oh…hi.”

[Dylan]

Dylan was walking around the island before seeing a familiar face. “Oh Misty, I didn’t think you would be over here. Uh what are you doing over here?” He asks. 

[Misty]

“Nibs is…I am just picking up some things from camp. I left a lot of stuff I needed there.” She lied. “What are you doing here?”

[Dylan] 

“So this has nothing to do with everything that happened in the past few days?” He asks. “I go for walks, not much else I can do you know?”

[Misty]

“You know everything, don't you?” She asked, smiling slightly as she looked down. “Just needed a break.” She shrugged. 

[Dylan]

“Yes, why wouldn’t I? Hm it seems that way. You know…I might have a way to help you with your powers….but I am not sure if you would be interested or not. Tell me, are your powers more important than Nibs?”

[Misty]

Misty looked up at Dylan and just sighed. “What kind of question is that? No.” She said before moving past him. “Nevermind Dylan, sometimes I think you can be my friend and you always prove you can-“

[Dylan]

Dylan cut her off before finishing her sentence. “It is a simple question. I am not saying you need him to get them back. I was just asking out of curiosity.” He tells her playfully. 

[Misty]

“Of course my powers aren’t more important. They aren’t important at all.” She says as she looks back at him. “You already knew that answer.”

[Dylan]

“Your powers are what allows you to help people and they aren’t working. I noticed they aren’t working for Hope either. It’s because there is something holding you both back.”

[Misty]

“What are you talking about?” She asked in confusion. “My powers are hurting people. I don’t ever want to hurt someone.”

[Dylan]

“That is because you are not accepting the balance of what you are. You are a hybrid. Using too much of one side will cause that side to die.” He tells her.

[Misty]

“I’m not a hybrid by choice. No one ever seems to remember that. I am a hybrid because Noah killed me. I don’t even know if this is what I wanted…I barely have…I already know that would help Dylan.”

[Dylan]

“I can help you balance both sides. Teach you how. But that would mean you have to actively want me to teach you since I don’t think Nibs has the mindset of anything right now.”

[Misty]

“I don’t want to right now.” She said honestly. “I just don’t…but I will remember that when I am ready.” She told him.

[Dylan]

“Well I assume you are also looking for a way to not be found by him correct? I know you remember the place I enchanted and you still have access to it. Just keep that in mind.”

[Misty]

She heard his words and she honestly had forgotten the last time she went there. “Oh right…I don’t know why I forgot about that place. It’s been so long.”

[Dylan]

“Well it’s still there if you need it.” He tells her and you know where to find me if you need me.”

[Misty]

“Yeah…maybe I will go there.” She nods before seeing blood on his hands. She moved to grab them and licked it off before pulling away. “Sorry…I have been really hungry lately.”

[Dylan]

Dylan couldn’t help but watch her as she licked them clean. “You know there is plenty more where that came from.” He smirked. 

[Misty]

“Well yeah, we are human so we have a ton of blood in our bodies.” She laughed before licking her lips. “I am sorry, I should have asked like a normal person.”

[Dylan]

“I don’t think even a normal person would have done that to be completely honest with you.” He tells her as he watches her licking her lips clean. “You are such a tease.”

[Misty]

“Well I meant like normal sirens. They ask permission, don't they?” She asked before hearing his words. “I am not a tease, I haven’t even done anything.” She laughed.

[Dylan]

“Sure sure.” He tells her while playfully rolling his eyes. “You didn’t have to lick them so sensually you know.”

[Misty]

“Sensually?” She asked in shock before laughing again. “That wasn’t sensual. I still had blood on my lips. This is sensual.” She said before letting her tongue lick her lips once more. “See a difference.”

[Dylan]

His eyes flashed red as he watched her actions. “Mhm I have been proven wrong.” He smirked. 

[Misty]

“Yeah I know.” She teased before looking at a bunny running nearby. “Oh did you see that Dylan?” She asked as she smiled.

[Dylan]

“You gonna eat it or…they aren’t really big enough for me to spend time on but you are more than welcome to.”

[Misty]

“Eat it? No, I don’t eat bunnies, they are so cute. Sometimes Nibs catches rabbits though.” She teased. “I was just asking if you had seen it because I wanted you to stop looking at me like you wanted to undress me.”

[Dylan]

“You act as if I haven’t seen you naked before.” He teases. “You know our history it should come as no surprise darling.”

[Misty]

“I know you have, that doesn’t mean it’s going to happen in the middle of the woods.” She laughed before smiling. “Yes Dylan, I know our history that why I know you know the difference between me doing something sensually and just doing it.”

[Dylan]

“But it could happen elsewhere, duly noted.” He teases. “Mhm when someone is hot everything is sensual.”

[Misty]

“I am not hot.” She laughed before shaking her head. “No, it’s not happening anywhere. Woods or otherwise.” She said playfully.

[Dylan]

“Mhm you keep thinking that sweetheart.” He winked. “I have missed seeing you around. It’s been a long time.”

[Misty]

“I have missed you too.” She smiled. “When was the last time we saw each other?” She asked, trying to remember.

[Dylan]

“Uh…probably when you had a rough patch with Nibs. That’s usually ends up happening whenever we run into each other.” He shrugged. 

[Misty]

“No…that’s not it. When was it?” She asked before thinking about it. “Oh no, it was when you helped Josh and Henry and we…” She stopped before coughing slightly. “Um…anyway. I should get going.”

[Dylan]

“Oh shit…you are right. So then how did everything turn out for them? Was he able to get rid of the whole extra personality thing?”

[Misty]

“Uh no…but from what I was told, he hasn’t had an issue again so that’s good.” She smiled softly.

[Dylan]

“It will come back. It always does and at the worst possible time too.” 

[Misty]

“Yours didn’t come back though…right?” She asked as she looked at him. “You told me it was gone?”

[Dylan]

“It was…but it’s not like I am around people so it really doesn’t matter does it?” He asks. “At least not people that would have to deal with it everyday.”

[Misty]

Misty made him look at her as she looked at him in concern. “That’s not good Dylan, are you okay?” She asked him.

[Dylan]

“I suppose. It doesn’t really affect anyone so it is fine. It usually comes back when you leave but that is understandable.” He shrugged. 

[Misty]

“Wait…why when I leave?” She asked in confusion.

[Dylan]

“I don’t know, it just does. Anyway, I won’t hold you here any longer. But just remember the option for the cove is still open.”

[Misty]
