The Hunger Games: District Party

The game begins with all tributes standing in a circle around the cornucopia, which is loaded with weapons and supplies. If a tribute prematurely steps out of their circle, they are considered dead. Every tribute starts off with 100 points, and when they reach zero or below - they are dead. 

Each tribute will carry their cell phone with them, with the Gamemakers number programmed in. When they die, they must call or text the Gamemaker, who will then set off a firework, notifying all tributes of a death. Every 20 minutes, the Gamemaker will send out a mass text with the names of the fallen tributes.

At the start of the games, each tribute is given four pieces of fabric, which will be used to signify their remaining health. The blue fabric means that they have 75-100 life points. The green fabric signifies that they have 50-75 life points. The yellow fabric means they have between 25-50 life points. Lastly, red means they have 25 and below. Once a tribute is killed, they are to remove all fabric. 

Each weapon is worth a designated amount of points that it subtracts from its victim. Tributes must be engaged in battle in order to strike another tribute more than once. This prevents one tribute from slaughtering another.

Around the designated arena, there are ‘health packs’, new weapons, and rigged packs.

Health packs are small parachutes hidden around the arena that contain ‘medicine’. Health packs vary from 10-30 points of health. Tributes can use these packs to heal themselves or save the card for when they need it, however all points must be used at once.

New weapons also come in parachutes and can be found hidden around the arena.

Rigged packs are disguised to look like health packs, but actually contain ‘poison’ that can cause 10-30 points of damage. Once opened, the rigged pack immediately becomes effective.
