I'm really trying to be patient that my Charles St. Michael hoodie hasn't arrived yet because I ordered it on the 19th during the Christmas rush, but 3 days to make and 14 to ship domestic?! It's in fuckin Florida! 3 states below mine! I'll pull my car out of the shop and DRIVE to pick it up if I have to! My Sam Villa bracelet was ordered later from Vegas and still got here BEFORE the estimated date! And they didn't send a tracking number, no 'Your order has been processed/shipped'. Fuck, for all I know, some Joey Garwhateverthefuck merch order got my shit knocked to the bottom of the pile that won't be seen til next year!
They have til the week is out before they get an email and/or phone call that sounds like this.
