Itachi was silent when he heard Sasuke ask if he was making him feel uncomfortable,at first being around his younger sibling did make him uncomfortable because everytime he looked at Sasuke made him think about that time when the two reunited when himself and Kisame had come to find Naruto.The older Uchiha believed that the beating he gave and trapping him in tsukiyomi twice would allow him to grow stronger.Swallowing the lump in his thout as well taking his eyes off his shaking hands Itachi drifted his eyes towards Sasuke not knowing how to respond to his question.”Well…”he began to say in a quiet voice staring him in the eyes.”A…little.”was all he could respond with at the moment trying to get his thoughts in order

Sasuke…this is not just a fleshwound…”Itachi said with a light sigh escaping when he heard his younger brother tell him the wound he had wasn’t all that bad.Slowly and carefully the older Uchiha began to try stitching the wound as gently as he could once Sasuke’s injury was cleaned.As he began to grow quiet again trying to keep his eyes focused on sewing the younger Uchiha’s wound he had a feeling that if he asked Sasuke how he got the huge gash on his arm that he may try avoiding telling him how it happened.”So…”Itachi began to speak moving his eyes from Sasuke’s arm to look him in the eyes.”Are you going to tell me what happened?”He finally asked after a long moment of silence.

                 “I assume you’re Itachi’s brat... What do you want?”

Perhaps it was the eerie feeling of his own chakra nearby. 

Snatching up the second mug he crawling into the bed nudging the other raven gently awake and placing the coffee on the table before sipping at his own slowly sighing in relief as energy seeped back into his body. 

Itachi’s eyes cracked open blearily at the sound of his brother’s voice. He rubbed at his eyes sleepily and looked towards Sasuke who was wearing only his underwear. The elder Uchiha sat up and furrowed his thin eyebrows at his sibling in worry. “Otouto? What’s wrong?” Itachi asked, wrapping his blanket around himself as he studied his little brother. “Are you not feeling well?”
