in this verse loid is the missing, sole heir of westalis- a small kingdom, forgotten after a feud between the east and west had left their lands destroyed as collateral. all of the forgers were thought to be lost, and the kingdom never recovered. as the only survivor, loid was orphaned and rounded up by a motley group of delinquents. too young to remember his origins, the years pass and he’s assumed the new identity of twilight ; and made leader of their crew. bound by mischief, together they map out and traverse enchanted lands posing as performers (or other various disguises), to stake their next claim. a life so far of carefree adventures and coincidental "incidents" seems fulfilling, but something within says there's more than this life has to offer. all disney muse interactions will begin here.

loid’s noble ties are not greatly known to others. because of the size and presence of the westalis kingdom at the time, the news of a son was not far reaching. anything of substance on the forger family name would have to be found in old books or libraries.
