Ever since I read Chapter 10 and read this scene I knew it was a moment I wanted to draw, I'm really happy with how this turned out, its exactly how I pictured it in my head when it was described in the fic

The Russian juniors are switching from the double front half out to the full twisting double back tuck off parallel bars.

On Instagram Karelian is posting Yakubov and Marus - the latter being better. They are both good but I think Marus has better form.

In the new code this element retained its F value and the double front half out is only an E now. Which is why a lot of guys are doing just double fronts or Belyavskiy practicing the double front pike with a half - that element was worth a G but it might be an F now. I'm not sure about that last part.
