Cute Demon Crashers is a 18+ dating sim game that's sex-positive and has the option for the players to not have sex with any of the demons if they don't want, as well as stopping partway through (your partner is fine and doesn't get mad, regardless of who you choose). There's no sexual assaults, rape, incest, racism or fetishism of any minorities.

The game Rogue Legacy uses a system called "traits", where a hero selected may have an effect on the gameplay. Many of the traits include disabilities (such as ADHD and Dementia), gay (only affecting who you meet when you beat the game) and miscellaneous things (like The One). A bit of a warning though, the game's description for a few aren't really tasteful/appropriate.

Would Ori and the Blind Forest go under your list of non-binary protagonists, probably more under the 'ambiguous protagonist' section? According to the devs, the main character Ori is written as genderless, also saying that Ori "can be what the player wants them to be". But on the game's website in the about page, they use male pronouns for them.

There is a tool that's basically a hand towards the bottom of the toolbar. If you click and hold, you can select the rotate view tool and you can rotate the canvas if you want. Alternatively, if you're using any other tool, just hold "R" and you can rotate the canvas till you let go, and then automatically switch back to the tool you were using.
