      She instantly feels bad and misses the warmth of the other girl’s hand in hers. It’s crazy how much she need Alex, wants her. And she wishes that they could be like every other couple, but they can’t. Not when Alura doesn’t even know that Astra likes girls and the people in the school might hurt Alex because they would think Astra left Non for her. It’s stupidly complicated, but it doesn’t make it any easier to have reasons.

Thea had her bow and arrow ready to fly into somebody's head; human, alien or whatever. She was a trained former-assassin and even so she'd have never expected for the things happening to her. The war with the outerspace creatures,meeting Kara, going to another dimmension, etc, etc. And to top of it all, this.

" What the h-" Half of her sentece was muffled by the rough kiss that made her almost drop her weapons by the mere surprise. The agent was good, she could tell, but to go as far as to kiss her? One word: desperation.

Once her brain decided it was time to start functioning again she was able to push Alex full force in the chest. " Dude! What the hell is wrong with you!?" Maybe if they're in a bar flirting and chatting she'd may have accepted the kiss, but they're in the middle of the war and her freaking target managed to scurry away when she got distracted.

  ↳ It wasn’t like her to not answer the phone. Even if Hayes had called six times in a row, she’d still answer. She’d use that annoyed, breathless tone and say “Hayes, seriously?” but for some reason, she wasn’t even doing that. Truthfully, the former first daughter knew that she shouldn’t care this much, that she shouldn’t become this attached. She wasn’t used to having friends, first of all. She also wasn’t sure that what she felt for the agent was entirely on the level of friendship, either. Alex was strong and smart and people respected her...there was something about all of that that made Hayes want to be liked by her, made Hayes adore her.
