anybuddy else disabled n gets left out of evrything n feel so... lame? not valuable ? trashy ? & no one gives a damn!

i'm scared, i need help but parents don't think it's important enough to do somthing abt it 😭

u know how ppl will ask 'how are u' to be polite when u see them, like even a stranger? i rlly don't like to answer that cause i always feel icky but no one wants to hear abt that 😭 so i somtimes just say 'good' anyway even when i feel bad, cause that's the only answer they wna hear :'o jus lying thru my teeth it's fine 😭🙈
