Did some more concept sketches for the tentatively-named “Hellbirds” fic. Dimorphodon is shown here as a delivery method for a fictional small firebomb. Just one “Feuervogel” may not be a problem, but a swarm of these suckers could reduce an entire city to ashes. I decided to stylise the Dimorphodon to replicate the plumage of a Common Tern (Sterna hirundo) because I think it suits the Dimorphodons quite well. I also really like terns.
