A very different cook but very pleased with it. Pulled it at 10hrs at 192f instead of 196f as a different cook. Flare up at 3hr when I used the spritz but recovered the temp through added moisture. Coffee beer rub is lovely albeit a bit spicy for the youngest. nice bark, so moist difficult to carve. Would work well as pulled beef so going to use other 5kg for chilli’s, burnt tips etc. Even managed some candy on the bark too Kansas City bbq sauce is a new favourite already and took 5mins with the thermomix (Lucky as I’d forgot the sauce!) kids love the meat & sauce. #dinnerfortheweek @nthom4s (at Brabham)
