Kabu missed Motostoke. It felt just the perfect size for him, and had three exits leading to vastly different environments for him to train quietly at.
Here he was still looking for the perfect places to train. Which meant, exploration. And so, he jogged (with Sizzlipede wrapped around his neck atop his usual towel) to the city of Yesteryear.
He’d heard it was still and overgrown, which sounded perfect for his needs. Birds called overhead, the sound of his breathing loud in the quiet.
It was difficult to tell what was coming up next, the broken architecture and fauna going whichever way it so pleased. This fact nearly turned disastrous for him.
Turning a corner, he was met with the shining metal of a sword. Adrenaline kicked in, and he dove down and slid across the ground.
Steadying his breathe he looked up at the owner of the blade, that being a large, imposing man. Kabu was short, yes, but he felt even smaller in this man’s presence.
“M-my apologies, for disrupting your training.”
