None of them know or has met Francis yet, for now he stays in the 'home' dimension, Frank only talks to JK, he has yet to reveal that he has a friend whom possesses the same amount of power. Francis does watch over the suits dimension from time to time, he's taken quite the liking to Clubs.
Is JK or anyone else in the suits au aware of any other abilities Frank might have besides being able to travel to different dimensions?
As of now nope, in the past when JK was KC he didn't get the chance to meet Frank so he doesn't know what the being is capable of. The only one who would know Franks's powers would be Francis and Frank wants to keep it that way aka pushing it off until crap hits the fan and he has to use his powers then explain to JK who then will explain to the rest.
Are Frank and Francis called dimensional oni/dimensional deities in the suits au due to Frank being the embodiment of negativity and Francis being the embodiment of positivity?

For my suits au I decided to by-pass that a little focusing less on the positivity/negativity and more on the fact that they can open portals to anywhere with no need for cool-down time as well a being all-knowing, taking from the powers we've seen in the show and durability, and I am rambling xD
