🔅 Why too much self-reflection is bad for you? Self-reflection, when done right, is your key to self-awareness. It helps you identify the things you need to improve and understand what’s working and what’s not. 🔅 How often do you practice self-reflection? When you reflect, you are assessing yourself - not just physically but every aspect of your life : mentally, spiritually, financially, emotionally and etc. It’s like looking into a mirror and describing what you see. You gain a better understanding when you reflect, but too much of it can also be bad for you which can give you: 1️⃣ Anxiety 2️⃣ Obsession 3️⃣ Paranoia 4️⃣ Insecurity 5️⃣ Over-thinking 🔅 When you reflect, remember your purpose. And always forgive yourself.
